Transfer 4, semana 4
Hello hello!
Another week has passed here in the beautiful town of Aberdeen. Lots of the farmers started harvesting their grain and potatoes and sugarbeets aren't far behind. School also started and summer is drawing to a close. This has made missionary work a little more difficult but we press on!
Wednesday we had District Council in Pocatello, and afterwards we were told there were free desk lamps at a tire shop in town so we went there in search of light! We didn't find desk lamps, they were floor lamps, but we did meet Rex. He was kind and funny, and even gave us money to buy lunch. We got a picture with him and I'll attach it below.
Thursday we talked with a lot of members in an effort to find more people to teach. Our teaching pool is a little small right now, and we want to expand it. I got to pet a taxidermied bear (I love soft things) and hold many kittens. We had a lot of good meetings where we got a lot of information on the area.
Friday we were at the church to use the bathroom and I noticed I had somehow gotten chocolate on my shirt! I hadn't eaten any chocolate so it was strange. I tried to wash it off, but then was left with a wet shirt, so thankfully I had a flannel shirt in the car that I could wear while we took my shirt to a sweet member's house and dried it. It's not very fun to wear flannel when it's 80° outside, let me tell you!
Saturday was a basic, boring day. Lots of contacts and not a lot to show for it. But we ate a very yummy dinner and then had milkshakes. I love milkshakes. Sunday was a busy day, running around to various meetings. It was a little chilly too, we've had a lot of rain recently and it's cooled things off a lot.
Monday we had exchanges and I was in Aberdeen with Hermana Greenwood again! It was a busy day and we capped the night off with a ward party for Aberdeen 1st Ward. There were lots of people there and it was so much fun.
Today was Hermana Hyde's one year mark in the mission, her parents sent her flowers and we went to several fun stores.
And that's a wrap on this week! Talk to you all next week!

| We get so many bugs on our window that we have to clean it often. |
| Our district leader Elder Hartley had a gallon of milk in the fridge at the church and it disappeared so I made a poster for it. |
